How to use:
Spray 2 x sprays per nostril (4 in total) right before bed.
Once you start to see your desired colour, spray every 3rd day.
Once you have achieved your desired colour, you'll only need to spray 1-2 times per week.
UV/sunlight is recommended after the 4th day of usage
